The Company
Based in Cranbrook, B.C., Osprey Power Inc. is a creative clean power project generator that will develop energy generation opportunities across Canada, with an initial focus on Solar and Wind Power projects located in key Western Canadian markets with a growing demand for clean energy. Osprey Power is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eagle Plains Resources.
Objective
Osprey Powers’ core business is identifying and acquiring the rights to develop clean energy projects. The Company understands development risk and takes a prudent risk-weighted approach to early-stage project development and will advance its diverse portfolio of projects through collaborative partnerships and development arrangements with Independent Power Producers.

Initiation
Responsible development starts at project conception. Robust policy engagement, establishing partnerships with like-minded local organizations, early landowner outreach and community input are key to elements for developing Osprey Power’s projects.
Implementation
Osprey Power will develop projects that fit and align with their host communities. Our team will be on the ground with local officials and utilities, and our extensive due diligence ensures a higher likelihood of project success.

Management

Jared Sproule, B.Sc
Jared has over 18 years of experience in various roles in the energy industry, primarily in renewable energy sector across North America. Jared has extensive experience in the development of wind, solar, hydroelectric and battery energy storage projects, including project siting, land acquisition, stakeholder and community relations, permitting, identifying and entering strategic partnerships and commercial negotiations. His efforts have contributed to over 1 GW of successfully permitted and/or operational renewable energy projects and over 3 GW of additional projects under various stages of development.
Previously, Jared was with BW Solar, which focuses on the development of solar power generation and energy storage, where he served as Vice President, Project Origination and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Prior to that, Jared was with BluEarth Renewables, a company specializing in the development and construction of solar, wind, and hydroelectric projects. Jared started his career at TransAlta, where he focused on wind energy development. He also worked as a planner for transmission projects at Altalink.
Jared holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary.

Charles C. Downie, P.Geo.
Chuck has over 30 years’ experience in mineral exploration and mining. After graduation in 1987, Chuck worked for Cominco Ltd. where he was involved with exploration, evaluations and mine development and production at various operations throughout Western Canada including the Pine Point, Polaris, Snip and Sullivan deposits. Chuck has been involved with publicly-traded exploration companies since the mid-1990’s.

Jesse T. Campbell, B.Sc.
Mr. Campbell has over 25 years’ experience working in the mineral exploration sector across a variety of commodities and jurisdictions. Since 1998 he has held a variety of roles with Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. and has been the President of its wholly owned subsidiary, TerraLogic Exploration Inc., since 2009. He also served as Director and COO of Taiga Gold Corp. from its inception in 2018 until it was acquired by SSR Mining for $31M in 2022 and is currently a Director of Eagle Royalties Ltd. Mr. Campbell graduated with Distinction from the University of Calgary and holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography.
